We rented through Fowler Property Management with Ryan and have never been treated so poorly in our lives. They were not concerned with our safety or health. We had a massive water leak and a subsequent mold infestation and nothing was done for months. Oh yeah, and they stole our secuity desposit after we spent days cleaning and re-painting everything. Fowler sucks!!!!!  Need to rent an apartment?
