Run faast....alll the walls are pastel yellow and the carpet is gray. The dining room wall is bright burgundy and it is right next to the yellow! Yuck! The fixtures, installations are all sub par and cheap!! Save your $ and keep looking. The area in North Boulder is great, but this place looks like Sesame Street. Not impressed for an $1100+ 1 BR.  Need to rent an apartment?
