The place is cheap and clean but UPM has an under handed way of keeping your security deposit. Video tape everything and at the end walkthrough make sure you know everything they are going to charge you to fix. They have flat fee built into the contract so wheter its little or big you get nailed. Be warned... Tony DAvis  Need to rent an apartment?
