Apartment Review for Timber Ridge Apartments - Boulder, CO

What a mess. Dead rodents, dead insects, fingernail clippings in the carpet, leaky pipes, broken toilet--that's what I found the first day I moved in. They keep a really nice apartment to show prospective renters, but when you actually arrive at your digs, your're in for a surprise. Pretty funny how they make you sign the lease before you can even see your apartment. Also lots of noise--and that's coming from somebody who spent four years living in a fraternity house! And let's not get started on the fat little pig who works in the office (aka manager). What a greedy human being. If you plan to move in here, I hope you have worked in the construction industry. That's because maintanance staff do not exist here. Oh, did I mention how every single one of the 600+ tenants hates the staff?
