The management moves like molasses on maintenance requests and then CHARGES you for things that the lease says is covered by the landlord. We moved into a mold infested apartment and when it came time to fix the damages, we were charged. On several accounts, our landlord dropped by without any notice asking to show the unit off. Parking spaces were never enforced and i often found myself parking blocks away to walk to my apartment.
