Apartment Review for Sunnyside Property Management L.L.C. - Boulder, CO

I have had it with these people. It has taken them months to complete repairs. Yesterday, I received a letter stating that I am in violation of my lease for having a pet and they will evict me if the situation is not rectified. They went to the trouble of copying and highlighting the page of the lease that states this, but they failed to read the entire lease which has a pet addendum that clearly states I am allowed to have a pet AND they have a $500 pet deposit from me. Of course when I called the office, there is only one person I can speak to, and he is out of the office for a week. This company is a joke.
