Apartment Review for Sunnyside Property Management L.L.C. - Boulder, CO

I have never been more disappointed with a living situation. When my friend and I moved into our current apartment few of the lights fixtures worked and neither the balcony nor the front door locked. When we first called to have these problems taken care of we were told it could be up to a month to fix. We then were forced to live in an apartment that had no security. It is now well into second semester and we have only seen a repair man once. These people will pretend to be nice when you sign the lease then rob you blind as long as you continue to rent from them. Our rent was stated at 625 plus utilities and we have never paid less than 700 per month. We also receive a variety of random invoices for snow and leaf removal that has no evidence of ever being done. Generally we receive one invoice per month for an additional $100. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!
