Apartment Review for Sterling University Peaks Apartments - Boulder, CO

If I could give these people 0 starts, I would without hesitation. The management are liars. They are rude and despicable creatures. Their parking patrol guys get physically aggressive with you, if a friend accidentally parks for literally 1 minute in a permit-spot. They filed for eviction against my friend/neighbor, on the 5th of the month, instead of imposing the fine their lease specifies. The facilities look nice, but are entirely substandard. The staff is often stoned/drugged while at work. I could go on, and on, and on. The people who own / run this place are slumlords and criminals. They prey on weak, powerless, innocent young college types. Before too long I will be admitted to the CO bar, and I CANNOT WAIT to harass these people to no end.
