Drug dealers abound, inept managment, and amenities that are either broken, closed, or just plain crappy. I wouldn't recommend this place to someone I didn't like. The grievances are too many to number. Just stay away, and spend the extra money to live somewhere reputable.  Need to rent an apartment?
