Apartment Review for Kalmia Partnership - Boulder, CO

The entire unit is apparently invested with ants beneath the carpet, and our particular appartment has had trouble getting rid of them. They crawl out from the stove, dishwasher, under the sink and will get in to your cupboards and food! The landlord is very hard to get a hold of, and maintenance is not done unless you hassle them every day about it. A/C does not work, so you have to get your own. Lighting is pretty bad downstairs, so you need lots of lamps. The only perks are cheap rent and free water (which is how the unit is heated). Parking is only 1 spot/unit, but most of the time there's space for another on the street.
