Apartment Review for Kalmia Partnership - Boulder, CO

It's an older complex of townhomes, so the fixtures and finishes aren't slickly current, but the units have been maintained and though there's some wear, there's nothing overtly objectionable. Nice wood-burning brick fireplace, nice skylight in stair, nice little patio below and balcony above, in a peaceful niche off Broadway, so easy SKIP access...or bike to town in 3 minutes. The air conditioners are old in-wall units that crapped out some time ago, but can be replaced with yours. Overall, quite cozy, mellow, convenient, pleasant, and the price is excellent for Boulder (includes heat!) Way prefer these to many of the soulless apartment complexes in town...these have some funky architectural character. Parking for 1 car only, everyone else must park on the side street. No, I don't work for the complex...just think it's a decent place.
