Wow I couldn't possibly believe that for $800+ utilities I could have ever lived in such a poorly managed dump. Fourstar is horrible, my place flooded every time the snow melted, and no one is ever available to help you out. Do not rent unless you talk them into $100 per month rent!  Need to rent an apartment?
