Apartment Review for Cavalier Apartments - Boulder, CO

Rented the apartment for our son for school. Overall the experience was ok but the place was very dirty and the refrigerator broke down and he lost a lot of food. Maintenance took 4 days to get a new frig. The office staff is somewhat "clueless" when it comes to the policies and enforcing them too. They also will boot your car if you don't live there, including parents who are visiting. I would suggest looking elsewhere and paying a bit more for piece of mind. Cavalier is just not that great.
