Apartment Review for Boulder Property Management - Boulder, CO

Naturally you pay a premium to live in Boulder so while I consider the price to be high for this unit it is mainly due to its location. The parking situation varies due to tenants of the other units making up parking spots along the back side of the building and at times blocking cars in that are parked in the actual spots. I took pictures of the carpeting / flooring before moving in due to several stains remaining from previous tenants and to ensure the previous damage did not fall on my penny since the deposit was significantly higher than deposits I've paid in the past. However, once you have your items moved in everything appears to be in good order. The maintenance staff moves fairly quickly if there's an area that needs to be addressed. When family / friends visited they were very complimentary of the place and I believe it's a good layout for 1 person possibly a couple. Also the staff at Boulder Property Management are very friendly and efficient.
