I have been renting though this company for about 4 months and have had no problems so far. The apartment is great and was a great deal. They clearly keep up maintenance and I have no complaints. As far as a comparison between other companies in the area, I have had much worse experiences, but have probably not had any much better experiences. A great company to use overall.  Need to rent an apartment?
