Apartment Review for Boulder Property Management - Boulder, CO

I have had nothing but issues from Boulder Property Management. Their complete lack of professionalism is shocking. I have asked four times for them to fix my fridge. It has been 4 months and nothing has been done. When I moved I, the fire extinguishers were empty and the smoke alarms had no batteries. When I brought this to their attention, the response I got was, "I was put batteries in them yesterday." Clearly that didn't happen, I purchased my own batteries for them. There has been mold on the shower caulking since I moved in. They have not fixed it yet. My back door doesn't lock, this has not been fixed. I had to purchase a rod to use as a stopper so no one can break in. At our property there is a strict no dog policy. One day the maintenance worker was here doing something totally different than what I requested to be done and he brought his dog. Though I love dogs, it was unprofessional for him to do this. For as much as I(I am writing this note on behalf of my roommates too) pay, for these issues to have not been resolved it absurd. I wish anyone that plans on dealing with Boulder Property in the future, good luck. I wish I had done my homework before choosing B.P.M.
