Apartment Review for Boulder Property Management - Boulder, CO

I'm a Boulder native, born there in 1970. PPM took over management for my condo unit after the owners transferred it to them from Sunnyside Property Management. I dreaded the change, because for as long as I can remember, BPM has been infamous for managing sleazy apartments occupied by idiotic college students. BPM takes them for all their rich daddies are worth, and in a way, although I greatly dislike BPM, I can't blame them for taking these little sh-t's money (or parents' money, actually), because that's their job, and the students are so noisy, slovenly, uncivilized, and irresponsible that they absolutely do NOT deserve to live in a nice place, which of course they'd ruin for everyone else. Trust me--I lived in Boulder for about 26 years of my life, and my family has been there since 1943. BPM is an abject slumlord, and all of the "Old Boulder" types know it.
