... if you're an adult and used to being treated like an adult (let alone living in adult surrounds), I would stay as far away from Boulder Property Management as you possibly can. It is clear from their policies and "customer service" that they are used to interacting with children; their policies are resolutely absurd and obviously engineered to make an extra buck (or $300) at every turn. The space itself is dismal, have been cared for by neither tenants or management. Neighbors, though nice, are loud as can be, and maintenance is nonexistent.
