Apartment Review for Boulder Property Management - Boulder, CO

This company is strict with their policies but as long as you follow the terms of your lease and pay your bills they do not interfere. I rarely have to deal with them. Maintenance is great! The maintenance people are really nice and very prompt about fixing problems. They fix every problem I have the day I call. The management company, is ok, they are not overly nice, but they aren't rude either. However if you just take the time to explain your situation they are very helpful. They helped me with some roommate problems that did not affect them in any way.
