Major problems with heat/gas and hot water. Nothing seems to ever work. Rude staff. The maintenance guys work from like 3-6 so nothing ever gets done. These guys are terrible. I can't wait to move. Boulder Property Management aka BPM has serious management issues. Don't even consider it.. unless you love cold showers and wearing gloves 24/7 indoors.  Need to rent an apartment?
