The heat hasn't been working for 2 days and it's 10 degrees out and snowing. Every issue has been ignored and I've had to pay for fixes out of pocket. Never responded to any emails. It's ridiculous. I'm thinking of giving them my 1900 deposit (on a $700 apt) just to move out. These people are seriously nuts! Stay away from Boulder Property Management Corporation aka BPM  Need to rent an apartment?
