Small apartment close to campus

This apartment is very close to campus, and as such, it can get a little noisy outside when students party. During CU football games, there's no hope of parking on the street, but the apartment comes with its own lot. The building uses a gas stove, oven, and heater and has lots of windows, which is nice.  Need to rent an apartment?
