Apartment Review for Marine Park - Boulder, CO

I'm so surprised to read these reviews! I am not management but I have lived here since August 2009. Here's what I like about Marine Park: There are cameras in and out of the building so it is all around safe. Pool, hot tub, bbq, work out room, and laundry rooms. Parking spots are also available, we're neighbors with Whole Foods, very close to campus and Pearl St. I live right across from the landlord and she has been nothing but friendly and helpful to me. Larry, the maintenance head, came to my apt immediately the ONE time I had a problem with my garbage disposal. OH and cable and internet come with the apt! Great place overall... I'm confused by the other reviews
